Mountain Biking

My biggest passion is mountain biking. I have been riding a bike for about as long as I can rembember, in fact I taught myself how to ride when I was younger. Because Illinois is so flat I do a mountain biking discipline called XC which is more about covering distance and is suited for flater areas. Fun fact: My last name is Marin which is also the name of the county in California where mountain biking was first invented!

Cars

Another passion of mine is cars. I love every aspect about cars, driving, fixing, even cleaning. Right now my dream car is a Subaru Impreza WRX STi like the one above. I currently drive a Subaru Impreza but the WRX STi is the race tuned version.

Reading

A more recent passion of mine has become reading. I used to be someone who hated reading but recently I have started to become more interested in it. My favorite book so far is Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport!
